6 Egg Yolks
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat egg yolks, sugar vanilla, and salt beat. In a saucepan heat the whipping cream till it starts to boil. Remove from fire and add about half the amount into the egg, sugar, salt mixture and beat again and then finally add the rest of the milk. Mix again. In a deep tray put the milk mixture in individual ramekins and place them in the oven– Boil water and add water halfway to the height of the ramekins. Close and cook for about 20 mins till brown on top- sometimes it might take a little more time.

When ramekins cool sprinkle some sugar and broil in the oven and watch the tops till they turn brown- or use a torch to caramelize the sugar.

Refrigerate and serve
