Rub the pepper, Santorini blend salt and the Promenade rub into the steaks- In a 13.5” Hammer Stahl shallow wok with lid –add 1 Tb of oil at a time –when pan turns hot add one steak a time and fry rapidly on both sides for about 7minutes on one side and another 3-4 minutes on the other- Repeat with other steaks.
