1 1/2 Pounds Salmon

5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

3 Tablespoons Geramin LaBrie’s Santorini Mix

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

Salt to taste-note the blend already has some salt content Salt
Directions
Crab Directions
In a 16-quart Hammerstahl stock pot boil water when water starts to boil add the Brigade seasoning, salt, and the bay leaves.
Serve with melted butter.

Steak Directions
Rub the the pepper, Santorini blend salt and the Promenade rub into the steaks- In a Hammerstahl 10.5” fry pan –add 1 Tb of oil at a time –when pan turns hot add one steak at time and fry rapidly on both sides for about 7 minutes on one side and another 3-4 minutes on the other- Repeat with other steaks.
