1 Cup Chickpea Flour

2 Medium sliced Onion

1 Tablespoon whole Cumin Cumin

1 Teaspoon Cumin Powder Cumin

1/2 Minced Jalapeno

1/2 Teaspoon Geramin La Brie’s Garam Masala

1/2 Cup Chopped fine Cilantro

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Directions
Add all into a bowl and add enough water to make a thick batter. In a pan oil to deep fry the pakoras. When oil turns hot make little bundles of the onions and the cilantro mixture and put them into hot oil and fry- when brown on one side – turn over with a spoon and fry it on the other side on medium heat.
Place them on a paper napkin to blot the oil. Then place them on a serving platter and serve with a chutney!
