2 Medium Carrots
1 Sliced Thinly Onion

2 Cups Water
3 Springs Cut up Parsley
1 Cup Juices from Turkey Roasting Pan
Stuffing with The Geramin La Brie ‘s Cunningham Blend and Geramin La Brie ‘s Garam Masala
1 Medium Chopped. About 1 cup Onion
2 Medium Stalks chopped. About 1/2 Cup Celery
Medium size Chopped. About 1 Cup Carrots
6-8 Cups of store bought stuffing or about 11 slices of bread. Dry Bread Cubes
2 Tablespoons finely chopped Parsley
3 Tablespoons Geramin La Brie’s Cunningham Blend
1 Teaspoon Geramin La Brie’s Garam Masala
4-5 Slices Finely Diced Pepperoni
2 Pounds Jimmy Deans Sausage
1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
Mashed potatoes with Geramin La Brie ‘s Santorini Mix
8-10 Peeled and cut into halves Yukon gold potatoes
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup hot Milk
1 Teaspoon Geramin LaBrie’s Santorini Mix
Green Bean casserole with Geramin La Brie ‘s Brigade Mix
2 Cans Drained French Style Beans
1 Tablespoon Geramin La Brie’s Brigade Seasoning
1 Can 10 3/4 oz Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
1 8oz package Shredded Cheddar/Jack Cheese
3/4 Cup Warmed Milk
1 Can French Fried Onions

Turkey with Geramin La Brie ‘s Promenade rub

1 Tb of Promenade rub for every pound-
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F

Mix all of the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl with olive oil-1 tsp for 1 TB of Promenade rub. Add 1 tsp or more of pepper. (optional)
Put the turkey on a rack in a roasting pan. Hammerstahl 8 qt or 18 qt depending on the size of the turkey.
Remove the neck and gizzards, heart and keep aside to start Gravy.
Brush Turkey with olive oil or vegetable and rub. Tie the legs together loosely to hold their shape, and tuck the wing tips under.
Cook Turkey according to instructions or Roast the turkey until an instant-read thermometer when inserted into the thickest part of thigh registers 165 to 170 degrees F, depending on how many pounds.
Before carving Turkey remember to let it rest for 20 minutes.Reserve some of the juices in the pan only.

Gravy Directions

Boil the Turkey parts (neck and gizzards) with the above in 2 cups of water to form a stock. Boil When Turkey is done and resting. Add 1 cup of turkey juice from the roasting pan. to the Saucepan. Let it boil. Add 2-3 Tb of cornstarch .into ½ cup of water. Dissolve the cornstarch by stirring with a spoon until there are no lumps. Strain the Turkey gravy. Add it into the pan again and then add the cornstarch and stir with a spoon to thicken.

Stuffing Directions

In a frying pan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion, celery, and carrots; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add the sausage mixture and the pepperoni and saute till sausage is fully cooked. Add 1 tsp of the Geramin La Brie ‘s Garam Masala
In a large bowl, mix bread cubes, parsley, Geramin La Brie ‘s Cunningham blend, Geramin La Brie ‘s Garam Masala, and pepper. Add the bread cubes, with the combined Cunningham blend into the skillet. Add broth stirring until desired moistness (stuffing will become a little moister during roasting because it will absorb juices from turkey).
Use to stuff 1 (14- to 18-lb) turkey. After stuffing the turkey, place any remaining stuffing in 1- or 2-quart casserole that has been sprayed with cooking spray; cover and refrigerate. Bake stuffing in the casserole with turkey for last 35 to 40 minutes of roasting time or until thoroughly
heated.

Mashed Potatoes Directions

In a 12 Quart stock pan heat water till boiling hot add the potatoes and cook them for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
Drain the potatoes add the butter, Santorini mix, salt and the milk little by little when mashing with a potato masher.

Greenbean Casserole Directions

Take a 1 ½ -Quart casserole or glass baking dish, mix the beans, soup, and the Brigade Mix and the warmed milk and cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with the onions for the next 5 minutes of baking with cover uncovered.
